Hi, I am Michelle.

I help business owners and leaders, like you, unlock your team’s potential and scale your business.

As a business owner myself, I have invested over 20 years guiding and helping leaders, individuals and organisations realise their potential.   Working with organisations of all sizes and various nature, both within Australia and internationally, I have a deep understanding as to the challenges faced at the various stages of team development and a business lifecycle.

For most business owners the journey involves years of enormous sacrifice and hard work.  I understand the things that would be keeping you awake at night – from cashflows and profits to people, process and systems and ultimately a return on your investment.

Leading others isn’t always easy.  Being accountable and focussed on the key things that make a difference often gets lost in the list of things to do.   Nothing changes unless we change.

This means the income made by clients as a result of working with us must be at least a 5 times ROI. We believe fee structures should be transparent and accountable. For this reason we have proprietary software to ensure both client and advisor have an ROI “fit” before starting a program.

Since TAN was established in 2014 we have met, promoted and helped thousands of local businesses with this program. Help has taken many forms from Free PR where businesses are promoted on our social media platforms through to assessing businesses for profit potential. Often business owners will simply want a few pointers from an outside perspective.
